How can therapy help me?

Therapy can provide a more objective perspective, as you explore emotionally painful topics. It can help you overcome obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your true potential. It offers you the opportunity to re-establish contact with your inner voice in a less intimidating manner.

What is therapy like?

Therapy is a healing process that invites you to revisit old hurts, grievances, and losses. Part of the process will entail you to feel emotions that you may sense lurking under all of the stress. Generally speaking, you can expect to discuss the current events happening in your life, your personal history relevant to your issue, and review new insights that have been gained throughout the therapeutic process.

How long is a session?

Sessions are one hour in length with the last few minutes for scheduling and other tasks.
