Payment Options:
- Cash or Check-Due at time of service

- Checks can be mailed to Voice of Reason Counseling, LLC, 3245 S. Grove Ave, Suite 201, Berwyn, IL 60402
- Quickpay/Zelle-All major banks accepted.

Accepted Insurance Plans:
- CIGNA
- BCBS-PPO
- United Health
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cancellation Policy:
- If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75.00 cancellation fee.
**Many plans offer out-of-network benefits where insurance will pay a portion of the session. If you’d like to utilize your out-of-network benefits for sessions please contact the number found of the back of your card to find out reimbursement. You will be responsible for my full fee at the time of the the appointment and I can provide you with a super bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.**
